Title & Ownership

Title to, and ownership of, all jewellery passes from to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from New Jersey to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the jewellery, is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of jewellery.


Shipping Rates
Our shipping is always free throughout the united states as long as you buy the minimum amount of products( never more than 6) If you purchase fewer than the minimum number, FedEx and UPS rates will apply and you will be presented the additional cost before you buy.

Please note: We cannot ship jewellery to every state and we are always pursuing additional licenses.  We suggest if you see a jewellery you would like to purchase, please place an order.  If we we currently have the ability to ship to your state your order will go through.  If you have specific questions about shipping to your state, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Hold Policy

We will hold any order upon request.  Please place the date you would like the jewellery to SHIP in the comments section of the order during checkout.  Any requested ship date given that is a Friday will ship the following Monday.

We offer long term holds up to three months from the time of purchase to help lessen any weather related concerns.  In the comments section of the order, please place the month you would like the order to ship.  We will ship on the first Monday of that month.  This date CANNOT be changed once the order is processed.  For any specific questions, please email us from the "contact us" tab on the home page.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders placed will ship within the next 2 to 5 business days.We do not ship on Fridays in order to protect the jewellery.  Please email our order department at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for more information.  All packages are packed in our "FedEx Approved" containers to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect our jewellery shipments from temperature-related damage.

All packages going to FedEx and UPS can be tracked through our site at any time.Please note, these tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.)


Insurance automatically adds insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit.


Signature Policy
All packages sent out by REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored!

You need JavaScript enabled to view it . will either reship you the replacement bottles or issue you a full refund. cannot guarantee the condition of any jewellery if the jewellery is not received the first time FEDEX or UPS delivers.if there is no one home to sign for it, the jewellery may get held in a FEDEX or UPS facility that is not temperature controlled.

All jewellery sold is guaranteed to be good. Sometimes in a lot you can have a bad bottle. If for any reason you feel the jewellery is not right, go to the "contact us" tab on the main page of the jewellerysTilSoldOut site. In the comments box please give us your name,email and invoice number as well as a phone number and time we can reach you and we will resolve the problem by reshipping new jewellery or refunding your credit card.You can call the customer service number and leave your full name, invoice number, address, phone number and time you can be reached on the answering machine, but it will take up to 48 hours to respond to your call.
